Conwood Co. v. United States Tobacco Co., Inc., 290 F.3d 768 (6th Cir. 2002) — participated in the development of the brief and oral argument for defendant in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and in the petition for a writ of certiorari from the Supreme Court, in this noted antitrust case (2000-2003)
